Prior to joining ECG, Vivian worked at Cleveland Clinic in a matrix role as the administrator for the Department of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics and administrator of East Region Primary Care. She was responsible for the operations, financials, and strategy for over 300 providers across more than 25 locations and an annual operating budget of $89 million. In this role, Vivian led growth initiatives that increased revenue by 18% while maintaining administrative expenses. Before serving as a clinical operations leader, Vivian worked in various project management roles across the Cleveland Clinic enterprise. There, she gained a breadth of experience navigating complex organizational problems and identifying potential solutions. For example, she served as interim quality director, where she implemented a readmissions reduction strategy resulting in an 81% increase in physician-nurse communication and helped execute a team-based primary care model that expanded panel capacity by 40%.
